John, Maghribi, who worked at AMD for 16 years, seeks damages and compensation for ``lost wages, benefits, promotional opportunities'' among other things. The only position that he could advance to (given the fact that he was one of the top 4 or 5 people) would have been to become a COO, a position which Hector holds now, and it will be available next week. It is obvious that he did not this promotion (for one reason or another). Joe
