American Spirit, I have read the Bush energy plan and the 9 bilion figure is there. Please post me a link. Show me the line where the $9 billion figure is. For all I know, you are making it up. Once you document the $9 billion figure, please explain how much government gets back in revenue from taxes, rents, royalties, mineral rights etc, and how the figure is zero. Or let me give you a break. Why don't you just prove that the figure is less than $9 billion. Joe
