The rightwing has been rejected by America. Soundly rejected. North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, Ohio, Indiana, etc, and very nearly Montana and Missouri. The GOP as I predicted is shattered now and will take 16 years or more to come back as viable national party capable of winning the White House. The reason it will take this long is that first the GOP rightwing needs to sadly realize that they were wrong, un-American and dishonest the whole time. That Hannity and Limbaugh lied-lied-lied. That Reagan was a wonderful guy with ideas which ended up being terrible for the country. And also that their many cliches about "liberals" were a crack of crap too. ALl of it was crap. All of it was propaganda created to make a few greedy people rich. None of it was done with any patriotic morality. It was all a fraud, a trick to "win", and it borrowed a lot from McCarthyism and the Confederacy, two of our darkest eras.
