mark: re: gap in the upper 40's and 50's. Hey mark! Can you hear me? <pause ... no response> I didn't think so ... Hey, will somebody please get mark's head out of the clouds? Don't get me wrong ... I'd love to see the 50's again. But, get real! TED (well, "clouds" are better than that other term I thought of)
