My Experience with Petopia.com -- they are the worst customer service I ever dealt with - net or otherwise. They never sent what I ordered. I call them after a week and they claimed there was a problem with my credit card and I repeated my card info. I didn't hear from them again until about a week later I received an e-mail saying once again that my card was no good and my order was not sent (what took so long?). I sent them an e-mail complaining that I gave the info 2x and I knew it was good and received absolutly no response. I also called them and left a message on their voice mail with my credit card number for a third time. Finally after two and half weeks of expecting my merchandise and not receiving it or a response, I went to PETS.COM and they took my order (with the very same credit card) and provided amazing service - delivering all of what I ordered in 2 days from the day of my order.

I will never shop at Petopia again -- IMHO they had inventory problems and decided to cover it up by claiming a credit card problem twice. Then they neglected to even respond to e-mails inquiring about the order.

I don't believe a company like this can remain in business very long and I would not invest a dime in them.
