all: CNBC report on downgrades CNBC reported down grades by Alex Brown, Soundview, R.Stephens on Semi's, Semi equip, and PC's from Buy to Hold. Soundview's 1998 earning prediction of INTC is down to $ 3.50 due to reduced PC growth from 21% to 18% and even the $ 70 price of INTC appears high. rgds ANANT
