More people chasing fewer properties in choice areas. Period. Enuff said.

On that we are in 100% agreement and CHASE is exactly the word.

Same with stocks.
What happens when the chase is off.
What happens when J6P is finally tapped out and layoffs increase to 10%

What happens when the market tanks below the Sept bottom and people stop spending on anything and everything.

What happens when there is no more money to chase with?
