If one takes a moment to think about how crazy this idea is the Republicans, and evangelicals, have about Trump, it is so preposterous as to be insane.

The Republicans think this most loathsome criminal, in myriad trials for criminality, and a well known liar and cheat, is going to "drain the swamp" of corruption and "get rid of the deep state" (whatever that is?); and the evangelicals think "god" put him on earth to save us.

That is so far fetched that anyone who says it out loud will be laughed at, but quietly people go along with it.

Just like they are doing with the "big lie".

If there ever was a moment for self reflection it is now!
