"Once the new products are up and running, with good stability and in high volume, the production line engineers earn the right to take a leadership role in making improvements. In the meantime, ideas are still welcome, but they are implemented through the R&D organization and at the same time at both sites. The R&D engineers also need to make some sacrifices. To make changes they now need the support of the production line engineers. Hey.... I'm famous.... Does anybody want my autograph??? :-) Semi
