If one looks around the world they will see that those countries that embrace liberal education and democracy, are doing well, and liberal education leads to democracy.

But those countries mired in traditional norms, mores and dictatorships, often religious, of one ilk or another are not doing well.

It is important to recognize this because Trump and the Republicans want to make this a Christian nation, and ignore the separation of church and state in the constitution.

They say so openly, and the evangelicals are by a vast majority Republicans, and Trump supporters, who think Trump was put here by god to save the nation and Christianity.

The Republicans are working to send us back to the dark ages!!
