dell -- it may be a drawn out basing pattern..

connect a trendline from lows of 12/24/97, 4/16/98, 6/1/98..

as you can see, dell has a lot of time left before hitting that line.
secondly, if you noticed, dell has ALWAYS rallied when it touches that line.. (always, meaning this past year) ;))

my css signal is bottoming at the moment. remember, it's 90%+ accurate.
gut feeling: dell uptrend in 3-4 weeks. assuming mkt holds.
