Adams said MAX TNT "fundamentally" not "technically" flawed meaning that he doesn't think that anybody wants to buy ASND's product. I don't know why UUNet agreed to nearly double their modems using ASND's MAX TNT this week. Also, remember that Adams is the portfolio manager of the Berger 100 fund. Look up the performance and you'll see that it ain't even beating the S&P. He is not a research analyst. His comments are made to scare the stock in his favor. Japan Telecom and World Com's UUNET are solid, substantial and factual positive developments. Adams comments are just speculation and rumor. Which one do you believe? Cheers, Chi-X hath Spoken!
