Dave--

With regards to the "pressure" type valve vs. the "orifice" type. I think that you are correct...however...I believe that this is not a unique situation. The stock has shown steady activity and I am not seeing the "red flag" wave indicating mm manipulation. Bottom line..I think this is an interesting product (if it works) that is being developed at an interesting time (People love SUV's, auto makers are looking for an edge against their competition more than ever etc.etc.)

With regards to the patent. It is very difficult for the average shareholder (especially the < $100,000 investor) to know the nitty-gritty details about the product. ie: does it work? How is the ride characteristic and performance increased? Is this new suspension reliable? Are repair costs reasonable?

It is even more difficult for the average "Joe" to learn information regarding the technology, its derivatives, its contents, and the nature of the "beast" so to speak. Due to the relative secretiveness that surrounds the release of any new product, I believe that you may have a difficult time getting good answers to your smart questions.

Can the technology be copied? Probably so. There IS such a thing as a "utility patent" which patents the product based on its use. Usually these patents are reserved for something wholly new...never been seen. (ie: I have a friend who recvd. one of these utility patents on an entertainment center that she designed. They are being marketed at places where you purchase TV's. If you buy a TV..you can then pickout the style of entertainment center that you desire. According to whether you bought the 27" TV or the 36" and so on....you then have the appropriate bracket sent to you overnight from the entertainment center manufacturer. This bracket then adjusts the height and widthe of the ent. center TV opening so that it looks like a custom fit)

Whether or not Aimright has such a coup I do not know.

I believe that the smart ivestors are the ones that can identify a well managed company with a great idea/product. To one up it...the good investor also should have the ability to see the marketing potential of a product. Look at ABS brakes!!

And the GREAT investor is one who is never taken in by companies who develop faux ideas, take investors for their money, and run away!!! lol

I am hopeful for a good 1998-1999 with Aimright. I am holding...possibly even accumulating at the right price.

Regards,

Jason
