Hey Dolt, I gave you enough rope to hang yourself yet again. This one is for you: encarta.msn.com You confuse (what else is new?) a literacy test and a poll tax. A basic knowledge test is NOT a "poll tax" as you have repeatedly and wrongly asserted. Is there anything you don't get wrong? >>Your belief that those who disagree with you are not qualified to vote makes it clear you do not agree with a democracy. Pretty sad. I find it instructive that the above statement shows that you implicitly agree that any basic knowledge test as a threshold for voting would discriminate against Dems.
