Doug,

I have a problem with my Dell system (Pro200, 64 MB, 2gig disk). I tried to add a pair of EDO 32 MB. Since there was no empty slots, I swapped for a pair of EDO 16MB. I closed the system and it doesn't boot. It comes up with three long beeps. Nothing comes up on the monitor.

I took out the new pair of EDO 32MB memory and replaced with the old EDO 16MB and went back to the original configuration. Still the same problem. Monitor shows it is in the power safe mode (yellow color and not green). Tried F8. No luck.

Any clue?

Thanks in advance.
