Joe and Kyros. My choice of ep was on the basis of poor relative performance. I have hedged aye long and ep short. However I believe that all these companies will survive with dyn the weakest financially. I probably should not have used bankrupt as my intention was relative performance. I have a sizeable position in aes ( it is not one of the companies listed for this thread) and I have hedged that position with short put/call naked writes which brings down my average cost significantly. As of today I think aes survives but the fact that they have been less than forthright in their description of their convertible issue makes me believe that their stock will be a significant laggard. In any case lots of opportunity here, but how to play the situation is the question.
