 Subject: V-Rod Dominates MO's Dyno

We knew it was powerful, but we didn't realize it was this powerful.

Harley's new V-Rod stunned us when we first spent some time on the bike. The new water-cooled motor was quite the departure for Harley and it continues to have its fair share of people who think it's a step backwards for The Motor Company. May we propose that, instead, it is too much of a leap forward for a number of Harley faithful to put their "panhead" hands around?

We just picked up our long-term test bike and had the opportunity to run it on the dyno. So keep reading if you want to see what this new water pumper is really doing...

Displacing 1130 cubic centimeters, it's really quite amazing that this cruiser is able to pump out 107.8 horsepower and 74 foot-pounds of torque.

Without hypothesizing too much, we'll just tell you that these numbers spell serious trouble for the other big cruisers that are out there right now. They've presumably caused a few sleepless nights at some other manufacturers' headquarters, as well.

So after you've taken a look at the numbers, feel free to let us know what you think of the new V-Rod now!
