Dear Dennis:

I'm in FSESX now and had moved out of Financial Services (also a very good performer) in order to enlarge my position in Energy Services.
I retain smaller holdings in Home Finance and Technology.

I don't anticipate the industry groups future behaviour. I'm not that smart. I go with the flow and ride the big waves, knowing that when the wave gives out, I can walk ashore.

That's what I like about Sector funds, but one does have to build a base in them. Get some gains and appreciation so that one can absorb weekly downward fluctuations without "jumping" out and losing all the next returning upward wave action.

Study, conviction and execution are the keys to buying here. Energy needs in the third world and everywhere continue. Drillers unlock the doors; the Oil Companies will take the first hit in any event. Maybe there will be some downdays but I think they will be short and a buying opportunity? It looks safe thru this year no matter what.

My opinion.
