Scott, sorry the formatting got so messed up on that Smith Barney item. It came from a long list SB issues regularly to update its views of various companies. Reidy said in today's note that CAWS investors are waiting to see what happens with the BANX renegotiation. That was one point on the list of conditions you recently laid out for CAWS to meet in order for the stock price to move up. I find your CAWS analysis to be as or more informed and credible than that of any analyst following the company. As I recall from the previous SB note on CAWS, Reidy said investors were concerned about delays in rollout of MMDS. Today's note sounds more positive to me because it suggests that as soon as negotiations are complete, CAWS will begin to move. I never thought I'd say this, but 4 looked awfully good, and I'm disappointed to see the price back at 3 3/4 this afternoon.
