Wishing I'd bought that condo at poipu for a song is hard to forget. ;)

The parents of a friend of mine own a very nice vacation house on the water on Vashon.

Turns out, back when they built it in the early '70s they had their choice of this lot or a slightly more expensive lot in Hunts Point.

I think there was a little regret on the part of the family for not going with the Hunt's Point property.
