thread, many of the experts are starting to parrot what I predicted 18 months ago....in fact 10 yrs ago. 10 yrs ago saying the Japan cannot compete made me a weirdo but it turned out to be true.
massive fallout of pc mfg'ers which then gives cpq, dell, hp even more business and accelerates their growth.
this has happened many times in the past.
here are some of the targets for fallout
AST losing allot of BIZ ..layoffs already
Olivetti,Canon,Unisys, Sony,DEC,Entiva,Mitsuba,Pionex,
even Samsung could go out..with their problems they may decide to kill pcs in favor of going with the strengths
Then I didn't name them all but a host of Janpanese pc compnaies CANNOT COMPETE.
I've said this many many times and 18 months ago no one beleived me..now some do. the Japanese are a basket case and cannot compete.
they do not know how to use technology in their business processes. |
