If I flipped a coin and it landed heads up 10 times in a row, an actuary would say it is more likely to land heads up the 11th time when any moron knows its 50-50

1)I have no idea what an actuary would say
2)I do know that J6P would bet tails every time on the law of averages or some other such nonsense
3)Statistically speaking it does not matter and that is a fact if the game is fair..... but....
4)I would bet heads every dam time on this ratio. Why?
Cause I know the coin has at least one head guaranteed and how do I know it does not have two?
