How about looking into their hiring practices? There are plenty of high school kids looking for jobs, not only for the summer but, for after school as well. They can't get hired! We have a huge work force out there who can't get employment because they are being honest yet we reward workers who are breaking the law? This is sending our youth the wrong message.
