I don't know if it means anything at all. But appearances matter. It sounds to me that WSTL realizes its Edgar filings should be as shipshape as Amati's lobby-- Quoting Pat, "classy, clean... certainly no clutter." Unfortunately Amati's Edgars are the opposite, and for most, the only Amati "lobby" they ever will see.
