Some background on the hostages rescued:

@HenMazzig

New testimony from Noa Argamani: “I was held at a wealthy family's home in Gaza. They kept telling me, 'You should thank God you're with us; there are far worse places.' While I was there, they would open the door without knocking whenever they wanted me to clean the house. When I was rescued, a soldier opened the door and said, 'Hello Noa, this is the IDF.' I thought he was joking, so I didn’t move. Then he told me, 'I’m going to pick you up over my shoulder, is that okay?' That’s when I realized it was actually happening. During the departure, the truck got stuck, and it was terrifying. The soldiers were so brave. It was a matter of a few seconds, and I might not have been here today.”

Chinese officials state Noa Argamani “lacked Chinese blood,” so they couldn’t help secure her release. It’s not as easy to deny Jewish humanity because of our ‘blood’ as it used to be, yet people are still obsessed with using racial science against us.

New details about the hostage rescue operation reveal that some special forces entered Nuseirat disguised as renters, pretending to move into an apartment in the building where Noa Argamani was held. The forces then split into two groups and headed towards the buildings where hostages were being held in preparation for the operation. The emerging details of this mission, renamed "Operation Arnon" in honor of Arnon Zmora, continue to highlight its absolute brilliance. Yet it also shows the tragic reality of how deeply embedded Hamas and the hostages are within the civilian population. Hamas knowingly endangers, and even seeks to harm, civilians by holding hostages in their homes and cities, yet the world continues to retaliate against Israel for executing this unprecedented rescue mission.

( As normal, the soldiers who rescued her were condemned for not wearing IDF uniforms during the rescue. )
