A file filled with 0's???? >>send and receive the EIA sample files<< Wonder if these were any usable samples files.. Any result over 4000 cps on a 28.8 is suspect. No matter what kind of file it is and what kind of compression it uses. Under normal use graphics and most regular file types dont compress more than 25%. And on top of that you can do lots of other things under NT and TCP/IP to reduce throughput like not using header compression.
