Yahya Sinwar, leader of Hamas, has repeatedly stressed the importance of Palestinian civilian casualties to Hamas’s strategy in negotiations over a ceasefire. He calls them “necessary sacrifices” that will “infuse life into the veins of this nation” and pressure Israel. Just remember when you put the blame on Israel alone you are not standing up for Palestinians, you are playing directly into the strategy of their monstrous leaders, who see their deaths and suffering as nothing more than a ticket to personal gain.

Hamas is in a PR war on Israel, they don’t care about Palestinians, those are just cannon fodder to them. Hamas has said this over and over. When they tell you who they are, believe them.
