that would involve killing one to save another, would not it? And we are not talking about killing a terrorist here.... You can not pick and choose when the logic is applicable or when it is not. I'm not picking and choosing. I am applying consistent logic. If you have a right to kill Ted because he is going to kill you (self defense) then I also have a right to kill Ted to save you (defense of others). It doesn't have to be a terrorist who is trying to kill you or who is killed by me. Applying this idea to terrorists is just applying the general idea that also applies to everyone else. Tim
