They must be a little uncomfortable with the model hurtz scheme, otherwise why the GHz reference. Protecting their rear from lawsuits? I never thought that the size of the font is a protection against legal actions, am I wrong? BTW the font is the same as in the rest of the ad re: I saw the WSJ ad, it was pretty well done. But I wouldn't read more into it than marketing spin. Of course Microsoft worked with AMD on XP, you wouldn't want XX% of your market to be incompatible. I would disagree.
