It is very significant that Good Time Boy Bandar was replaced by Darth Vaderish Turki al Faisal as the Kingdom's Ambassador to the US.

Despite his sophistication and education, he's a lot more Islamic than Bandar, but he is nonetheles making all the right noises. I saw him give a speech on C-Span last night in which he almost sounded like W, calling AQ a cult.
