Your argument about microplastics can be extended to an number of other possible toxins.

The only time I felt unwell was when I was consuming a cheap brand of Oats for my morning breakfast.

I thought it was a number of other ingredients at first, I changed or swapped out each ingredient over time and the source of Oats was the last thing to change. It worked.

I think some cheap brands of Oats have a high content of Glyphosate in them. I don't mind paying a much higher price for Oats that don't have the problem, and that is what I have done.

Regarding "watchers"; the general population need to understand they are being lied to most of the time. Once that penny drops, I feel sure most of the problems will get correctly identified, and go away.
