I think you're both right. While a tv may come with the guide, I believe that the viewer will still have a choice whether to subscribe to the guide. I bought a Starsight enabled tv, and made a choice to subscribe (of course, once I did I couldn't live without it!)

GuidePlus is free to the viewer. There are no subscription fees. TV Guide is subscription based in that it is bundled with premium channels/services. The consumer has a choice here and Henry has a product for either preference.
