OT: May I submit SGD (NYSE) as a reverse "short"

I believe a short to be a broken company who utilizes false positives to inflate its stock value , hence SGD is a "reverse" short.

Never a good short with SGD's thin float , but SGD was "broke" due to a family ownership lawsuit (SGD won) and new product transition only .

Don't want to hype SGD , selling around $2 (lawsuit posturing) down from its yr high of 4 3/4 , but for the clever and value accounting aware short players here SGD is a "reverse" short .

SGD's "repair" story - A $30 mln small cap with a great balance sheet , good products , new products being added to its established brand and innovative marketing planned .

I am a long time SGD holder and started a SGD thread . If interested please visit:

If not interested my apologies . I enjoy reading the frequent analysis(s) posted here on questionable converts as debt and other forms of "creative financing" suggesting "short" candidates .

Regards,
Jim K.
