It is a bad situation for anyone to come in and replace a sitting President with a few months left till the election. It will give off vibes that the DNC is panicking and likely bring about a nice sell off in both branches of Congress for the Dems. If he runs, I doubt Biden gets 40% of the vote. It is possible he may only get 1/3 of the vote. The guy is totally incompetent and clearly a stooge for terrorists to overthrow the US Government. I also think he may lose NY. Jews would have to be nuts to vote for Biden. The Riverdale, Bronx Jews kicked out Bowman.
