It is not a road block. When he becomes President, he can appoint an Attorney General on the condition that he dismiss all Federal charges. Now the Georgia trial is another story since it is a State trial. However, due to the partisan Supreme Court ruling today, any conversations Trump had while in office as President cannot be used as evidence in trial. Trump will get off scott free. He is going to win by a landslide because his policies are better and more popular with Americans.
