I've watched Tim's video twice now - and I saw no mention of "vouchers" Clearly for people 55 and older Ryan says there is no change. For younger people he suggest that "government" approved Medicare "like" "guaranteed" insurance plans is the answer. So really he is ending Medicare. So again I repeat - how does this save money?
