Brad,
1A. Again this is not a question of Sid vs Fred. I am merely posing the question why Fred. Running a developmental mines has very few things in common with running other businesses. We may just have to disagree on this.
1B I wasn't denigrating Fred's success with his business. What I was saying is it is a different skill base that can manage an existing business, optimizing what already exists from one that can build a business from nothing. The transition between these type of managements are always tricky for just that reason.
1C Agreed and disappointing.
2 I've made it clear I am unhappy with Sid's small stock ownership.
3 I agree. My presentation of events doesn't prove anything more than anyone else's. There were no news releases. We all heard what little bits of information we could get from trying to sift through the rumour mill. Some of which was wildly exagerated. All I can tell you is this is what I heard and I believe the people who told me. Ask yourself, given the history of Naxos, if any of it sounds plausible. I am putting forward what I believe after spending a lot of time talking to other shareholders. If you disagree with me and don't believe it I won't be offended. But I am just putting forward my concerns and the reasons for them.
4. I have admitted several times that these are things I heard form others. I believe them. I wish they had posted it but they haven't. Maybe they still will. Take it for what its worth.

Brad as far as the two questions you ask I think those are in fact very important questions and what we are all trying to find out. But just because Fred owns 1.4mm shares doesn't mean I have to agree his strategy is correct. JJ had 4.4mm and I disagreed with his approach.
Simply looking at who has more shares is to simplistic.

Henry
