TideGilder, The only problem with your ignorant statement is that a ship cannot be in two or more places at the same time. But, missiles, planes, Delta Forces, Rangers, Seals, and other special forces. can be at very locations all over the World in a few minutes or hours with surgical strikes. Why commit a large number of soldiers, equipment, etc. to a region to fight terrorism of a small selected population within a particular country while turning the rest of the country against the US? Like I have previously posted, even Ike stated "do not allow the military industrial complex get control of the economy." You war mongers are nuts, while allowing US citizens to be deprived of education (skilled and low skilled), and physical needs for survival. I am more concerned with possible rebellion of the millions of US citizens within the US. That is why I refer to Romney, and many of his supporters as "gunslingers." They want to spend the revenue on the military rather than the personal needs of the US citizens.
