Gee, wouldn't this make Francois an insider as far as the SEC is concerned? Wouldn't Francois need to disclose this, everytime he posts about XNET? I'm sure if I looked through this board I would find that he does disclose it, since he's always complaining about others not disclosing their position. Mr. Burns
