The Republican governors didn't have blackouts. Effectively no added power to grid in the 90's. It is a fact no matter how you spin it. How can I be disingenuous, I posted the site that has the information on when facilities will be built and come on line. This is not the 90's. BTW in the 80's with the Republicans 3000 megawatts came on line, much better than the 90's. I hope that's not being disingenuous
