That wasn't a yes or no question, but I'll assume you meant "it's a good thing." The questions is, how to protect your interests and to do it effectively. Who would think otherwise? Do you mean "who would think that's not the question?" or are you suggesting that you know the answer? If the latter, OK - I'll bite. What's the answer? PS: If "the question" is not whether, but rather how to effectively protect our interests, what do civil wars in Africa have to do with anything?
