The kid failed in his attempt on Trump, unless of course his objective was to shoot off a piece of his ear.

Was the kid smart enough to know there was a building he could scale close to the area where Trump would be speaking, obviously he was being helped.

The building was probably already known as problematic.

Kill Trump and then kill the kid.

A dramatic close range shot to the head is difficult to make, any other assassin would have aimed for the solar plexus.

The event was 100% staged for t.v. and failed thanks to a little bit of luck and MAGA bystanders.
