so far i am 3 for 3, i have a bias for east coast teams, and believe east coast teams overall are better than west coast teams. and am surprised at how many pac 10 teams have survived, outside of arizona. i expect a close game, but believe wva could win, because utah plays more west coast teams, and thus can pad the record. my college degree was in philosophy, and thus the reference. it can go east or west.
