Yeah, I caught that "subject to approval" also. Let's hope that the judge has lost out on a sale before and that Baum's attorney's have all their ducks in a row. I hope the judge looks at it from the perspective that at worst case, if Baum can't turn it around, Frac would be in the same boat with +20m less debt!
