Organovo to Begin Trading on Nasdaq Stock Market
SAN DIEGO, July 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Organovo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:ONVO) ("Organovo"), a three-dimensional biology company focused on delivering scientific and medical breakthroughs using its 3D bioprinting technology, today announced that it will move its stock exchange listing to the NASDAQ Stock Market from the NYSE MKT. The Company expects its common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on August 8, 2016, and its shares will continue to trade under the "ONVO" ticker symbol. Organovo's common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE MKT until the market close on August 5, 2016.
