EIGHTEEN hour process? Will this procedure ever be commercially viable? Will AIDS patients be able to afford it? Will governments subsidise it ? Will physicians have the knowledge or specialized equipment to administer the procedure? Can it be put in a pill or injected ?

I think not. Two hundred patents, as the company claims, don't mean much if the antisense concept isn't perceived to be a money making approach by other parties.
