[Help with Amati future revenue stream..]

<<Someone EMail me when this Thread comes back to reality! JW@KSC>>

I have always appreciated your valued contributions to this thread.
Having said that, I'd like to ask for opinion in a couple of areas.

I'm trying to understand how Amati is going to "grow revenues"
substantially in a lisc. revenue world. To this point, we are unaware
of the nature of the agreements with Motorola/TI/ or NEC. At the same time Amati has stated that "lisc. revenues are looked upon to cover R&D expenses.

* As an Amati investor ... and understanding the competitive landscape, what agreements do you see developing short term and long
term?

* What worries you about the progress of Amati thus far? Is it CAP or
other DMT companies?

* What should be some of the key "milestones" that you will be judging
Amati sucess or failure. (example: GTE announcement, JPC Amati usage,
CAP standard ever developing, ....etc)

* Do you have a guesstimate of where you see revenue and stock performance over the next year or two.

I have a feeling that the next few months will address many of our
major questions.

Thanks in advance,

Bob
