Minus the warmth (false ??) of GW Bush sure... but intellect ? C'mon.. Harper is only dumb in that he is too dogmatic... but that is not the same as lack of intellect.. If the author puts Harper's intellect below that of Bush... we have another case of outsiders not getting us ... She could write for Stratfor :O) What happens now is the full-scale Americanisation of Canada, hinted at over the past seven years by Harper Yes that is the fear especially in that Harper is not dumb.. (and mine also, starting with foreign policy) Then again... the insurance policy is having NDP in the opposition role... That is a certainly a spectre the Conservatives need be mindful of... if they piss folks off... OUCH!..
