Excellent explanation, Sili - web-based applications need as much applications and systems management as their client-server and legacy system predecessors. Claude, I also agree that understanding the competitive landscape is important to an investor. On the point of branding however, it can be overrated. A case in point, a significant portion of the e-comm applications programming done behind nortelnetworks.com has been done (and is still being done) by a small private company totally unknown to 99.9% of Canadian IT executives. Nortel didn't care much for branding when it partnered with that firm.
