those are good questions, Ajay - hope someone else has the answers because I sure don't! Does anyone have a good handle on what their software does, that is, can put it into plain English for those of us who are tech-impaired? Obviously there's a need for what they have but can we explore the benefits for Ascend by having StonyBrook Services' technology? Dee Jay
